Creating from SPACE
In a time of hyperstimulation and hyper-reactivity, I teach the tools to create space within the mind, which is conducive to creativity. If you are feeling burnt out, slighted by chance or life experiences, or feel like others thrive while you're white-knuckling the pavement, that immediately bleeds not only into your life - but into your art. How can it not?
Having an anchor in your inner life leads to stability of the mind, and from that comes safety of the imagination to truly create. Whether you want to create new experiences in your life, or in your chosen art - there are progressive tools that can help bring even the distressed mind into a state of calm. And from there, creativity.
Take your mind from vascillation to stillness. When we learn to consistently maintain that stillness - just observe the quality of creative work that emerges from that blank canvas within. For your art, and certainly for your life. It's an honor to share the gift of Creating from S P A C E.
- Mayank Saxena
"I enjoy filming major roles on a studio lot, as much as I enjoy drinking coffee on a Sunday by myself... that's the quality of life I want. To not just live for the next gig."
If you want to learn how to experience this quality of life, this is where I can be of service.
For Artists
If you have an artistic streak, whether as an actor, writer, dancer, musician, other thespian - or even aren't in the arts, this will appeal to the part of you that thrives when it's creative. Regardless of your job, everyone has an inner artist that thrives when it creates.
For Children
One of my greatest dreams is to help the younger generation gain a skillset to still their mind. They are the most vulnerable ; those who grew up during social isolation, with virtual reality and social media as their only means to interact and react with their world. The prevalance of anxiety, depression, hyperreactivity, and seeking validation through temporary obsessions are the markers of this young generation. Of what use is one's Scholastic achievements, or having millions of social media Followers, if one cannot maintain equanimity from within?
Easy Tools
Learn simple meditative exercises you can take with you and practice anytime, any place.
Quiet your Mind
Politics. AI. Elections. War. Inflation. Strikes. Booking Gigs. News... and that's just the external chatter. Couple that with social media, coming out of the pandemic isolation, and our personal lives - you get it. It's time to effectively silence the racing mind.
Clear Canvas
From this quiet mind, we can experience space. From space comes peace. The engine of the racing thoughts slow down enough to quiet our own biases and reactions. This is the place we aim to return to, time and time again. This is our practice which we will focus on.
Focused Creativity
From this space we've experienced, we learn to reintroduce anything we choose to set our minds to. It's important to experience this powerful step straight from your imagination. This is what is meant by Creating from SPACE.
Anchor your Life
We all need our own North Star, something that we can hold steady to, even when the storms of life have us feeling like we're about to lose everything. That compass is within us all, and we will learn about how to establish connection with it so our quality of life will improve. And because art imitates life... let's begin our work.

Have you ever watched your favorite actor, and the camera just pans into a closeup... and you see they're in another world, from scratch? How'd they do that? How can you do that? First, we must start with a blank canvas. I'll help you with that pivotal step.
Words of Gratitude
I am humbled by how consistently the work proves itself.
"As a creative, it’s a constant challenge trying to find the balance between my personal and creative life—and that’s when things are going well! But what happens when life throws unexpected challenges our way? Whether it be health, financial, personal, etc., how do we continue to make space for our creative pursuits and dreams, while still acknowledging and processing the challenges we are forced to face? In this workshop, Mayank teaches various meditation strategies, techniques, and tips to help one navigate his/her personal challenges while still maintaining focus on their creative goals. Mayank’s backstory and personal connection to the life-changing effects he’s experienced using this method is inspiring! His passion for helping his fellow creatives is palpable. Mayank teaches you how to not just 'drown out the noise,' but rather, to acknowledge it and move forward. I recommend Creating from SPACE to anyone who is looking for more focus and balance in their creative life and wants to be a part of a community of other high-achieving, highly motivated individuals."
